The sounding of archival documentation represents the founding element of the research which, with a view to interdisciplinarity, wants to contribute to identifying the techniques and timing of tillage and fertilization of the soil, the crops adopted and the rotations applied in order to report information retrieved from documents to agronomic production results and soil and climate reports.</span> ER -
